PIEDMONT, ITALY A wonderful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the same grapes to make Champagne (sans the Pinot Meunier). It ages on its yeast for five years – impeccable! The mouthfeel is beautiful and creamy with a full palate of apricot, peaches and candied almonds. Such a palate cleanser too! Another great rendition by the Rivetti family.
