This is the second release from the Tokiwa Imports Sommelier Series. Two Pinot Noir casks from a renowned winery in Lompoc, California, were sourced and curated by Master Sommelier Kenneth Fredickson and then sent to Eigashima in early 2016. Four-year-old single malt initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels spent an additi
