Bourbon casks from early 2018 were filled with a roughly 60/40 ratio of unpeated to peated spirit, then re-racked into Madeira casks for two years. These casks were vatted just prior to reaching 7 years old and bottled, yielding just under 19,000 bottles in this batch.Nose: Cocoa powder, stewed plums, sugared almonds,
