The name means caves in Scots and evokes the rocky shore of Fife where the family seat of Wemyss Castle has looked out to sea for over 800 years. The Spice King is a result of their longstanding passion where each cask is rigorously selected and blended together to create a malt whisky noted for its spicy notes.
