Inspired by autumn on the farm, our Fallow Edition whiskies reflect a period of rest for our fields after the busy harvest season. Since our First Crop of Fallow, which launched in 2022, we’ve loved seeing (and tasting) the progression of our spirit maturing in Sherry casks each autumn. For this third and final Crop of
