A 1992 vintage Bruichladdich from independent bottler Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 2 November, it was aged in a pair of hogsheads for 21 years before being bottled on 14 April 214. nextSection COLOR: honey NOSE: Gentle aromas of sweet caramel and spice, hints of cooked fruit, barley wine and allspice. TASTE: Spiced palate entry with notes of dried grass and star anise. A little Seville orange marmalade, soft smoke and something vaguely coastal. FINISH: Ground almonds and black pepper. Sweet honey.
