Hey French! is our poke at the French who make multi-vintage champagne. Using our vintage 1960’s glass, label and French artist CB Hoyo we created the very first multi-vintage Italian white wine.  Aimed directly at ultra-expensive and exclusive white burgundy. Focusing on the potential given by the region and the volcanic hills of Soave, an area devoted to the production of white wines. A blend of the best 4 vintages of the last decade (2013, 2015, 2016, 2017) selected as the maximum expression of the vineyard throughout its history. For each year selected, the vinification of white grapes takes place with maceration on the skins for about 10 hours. Later,
