A blend of mostly Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay, this sparkling rosé sees 30% still red wine added. Vincent operates in the comparatively remote region of L’Aube, which isn’t too far from Chablis. He picks later than almost anyone in the region, and emphasizes the natural ripeness of the grapes and the terroir.
