Fabre Montmayou’s Cabernet Franc Reserva is made from 100% Cabernet Franc. Following a manual harvest, the grapes undergo cold maceration followed by fermentation, after which 60% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels. The wine displays a beautiful ruby color and emits elegant aromas of red and black fruits with hints of mint. This Cabernet Franc is extremely well-balanced with a long finish. Enjoy with lamb, pork or game dishes.
