This non-vintage Champagne is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier and is exactly the same wine as the LP Brut, except for a big increase in dosage. Dosage is the sugar that is added after the yeast left over from the natural secondary fermentation in the bottle is removed. The Brut has about 12 g
