This champagne is immediatly surprising with its intense aromas. A remarkably rich bouquet gives way in turn to scents of stone and tropical fruits, highlighted by notes of riper fruits and light spices. Surprisingly delicate red fruit and herbal notes follow. Round and ample, the palate enables the richness of surprisingly fruity and sweet flavours to express themselves intensely. The finish is marked by a great freshness, enhanced by a delicious acidity and delicious notes of grapefruit, quinine and ginger.
