Description

Grand Prairie is a Junmai Ginjo namachozo (bottle pasteurized) sake. We used 100% yamada nishiki (sake brewer’s rice) milled to 60%. This sake was brewed with a single modern yeast strain. The result is dry and light with a hint of honeysuckle. ABV: 16% SMV (measure of residual sugar): 0 Recommended storage: white wine
