Our 2017 Chateau Souverain Pinot Noir reveals aromas of brown spice and blackberries on the nose. The oak profile is very complementary and integrated with notes of butterscotch and graham cracker characteristics on the palate. Notes of plum skin and dark cherry produce a soft, juicy mouthfeel on the finish.
