Fresh and elegant on the palate with a discreet floral tip, dry, a generous note on the palate, all the finesse of Pinot Blanc and the body of Pinot Auxerrois optimized by the Traditional Method.

A refined aperitif, it will elegantly accompany fish terrines. In Alsace, it goes wonderfully with royal sauerkraut.
