Cascina La Doria is located in the San Cristoforo municipality, two miles west of Gavi. Owned by the Martini family, Cascina La Doria is comprised of 25 estate owned hectares: 21 hectares of Cortese, 3 hectares of Merlot, and 1 hectare of Pinot Noir.rLa Doria Gavi is harvested from 100% estate owned vineyards that are located on the left bankof the Lemme river, a viticultural ecosystem with alluvial soils and a favorable microclimate. Theunique location allows for the prooduction of a Gavi DOCG of constant quality and intensearomas.rTASTING NOTES:rBright straw yellow in color. Aromas of white flowers, apples and citrus fruits. Its taste is freshand dry, but soft, with good persistence.rFOOD PAIRING:rLa Doria Gavi can be served as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with fish dishes, soups, risottos,raw meats, and salads.
