NEW YORK A note from the brewery: Camoufleur is our new brett saison. It is step-mashed and brewed with 100% pilsner malt — very old world in execution! Spicy, funky, and laced with noble hop aromas. We blended this saison with just a smidgen of barrel-aged golden sour to achieve the ultimate balance and complexity. Dry hopping with Saphir hops brings extra tangerine and spice notes.
