Full, rich, ripe and intense palate with some smooth, grainy tannins. Coffee, licorice, resin, tobacco, cassis, black berry jam, savoury, peppery, vanilla and dried herb flavours. Long, smoky bacon, cassis and rosemary finish. Still youthful, needs 3-7 years. Very fine, rich, warm 389 with balance.
