Description

This red is produced from dry-farmed, sustainably-grown old vine Tempranillo (80%) and old vine Garnacha (20%) hand-harvested from vines planted 1980-1995. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and bottled young after a few months in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
