Central Coast Chardonnay replaces Sandhi’s Santa Barbara County label, sourcing additional fruit from vineyards outside of the AVA. This extra flexibility has given Sashi the vineyard variation to create a very complex wine that punches well above the broad label term ‘Central Coast’. Vibrant acidity works in harmony with nutty aromas and dried flowers.
